Very Nice

Kind of short, but you managed to make a nice transition from piano to a more upbeat rythm. Thats more than enough for a 10/10 and 5/5

(Jaw drops down)

When you think of "dance" this is the type of music you ought to consider. Amazing. Even though I know I shouldn't I actually like this song so much I listen to it as I do my homework (which strangely affects my grades positively). A nice mix of everything, from the violent quickness in the beginning, to the softer melody near the middle to the nice reptition at the end. I liked the interesting segues as they fit perfectly into each other.

Cool review ^^ Thanks :D

Speechless

We love you too Nate. Very nice piece of music. Now I have no idea how anyone makes music nor do I know anything about music. But most of your songs are awesome. And this one is no exception.

BTW, I don't think you have only a few fans.

A Final Attempt (Story)

Legions of chaos march against the capitol city of men. Demons and corrupted souls together in a united attempt to overthrow the king of all that is good. And in this time of reckoning, the king shouts to his men from a scaffold, "Today is not the day we die! Today is not the day we suffer! Today is the day when we show those bas*ards and bi*c*es what real men are capable of!"
With those words he withdraws his sword and turns around just as the main gate collapses. Behind him rally the no longer frightened thousand or so men, willing to fight to the end. In those final moments, the king runs forward, killing a good many before he himself is slain by that death-inpiring leader of theirs, the Wraith who claims the sould only of those who are worthy of him.
Yet not all in futility, for from beyond the mountains come united the Renegades who have seperated from that empire long ago, under the banner of the Wizard who swore aid to the king long ago.
So it was that the great battle was carried out, and though death inspired sadness, it also gave birth to new beginnings.

MaestroRage responds:

hmmm, I really liked this story Inferno. The king was not the pampered kind who fell at the sight of danger, but grabbed his own blade and joined his men in a fight that almost guaranteed his life.

His death was unexpected. It is not often I read a story where the king dies in such a way. Though it is sad, it is of course not impossible. The king is a powerful man, but mortal like all the rest.

The aspect of the renegades is an interesting on in terms that they would return to the king they split from. Perhaps to help fight a common enemy, or some secret fellowship formed long ago.

A great story Inferno, thank you for sharing it! And again for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Beautiful

I consider this your best piece but I would definetly like it if it were longer. Problem being I have Windows Vista and there is an issue with the loop where it actually freezes for about 5 seconds. And since the end of the song is an introduction to the beginning, it kind of ruins it. If you made like a three minute version in whic the beginning is repeated at least once, I would probably listen to it all day and all night long.

MaestroRage responds:

An extension is being planned. A collab with darkside555 :D! He's quite the metal man, and with his help this song is going to kick SO MUCH arse >:(!!!!!

We're talking like epic to the xtreme!

I hope that when that version comes out, you will find it long enough for your liking :D

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

I come on Newgrounds to find nice music and occasionally play a game. I love to review though I tend to avoid writing bad reviews. No point in making the bad worse...
