First song?
I don't make music, but I have seen new artists come and go. For a first song, this is really qutie good. If you're new to Fl Studio 7, its only a matter of time before you figure out all the fun stuff you can do and then make some really good ones.
I don't have much else to say based on one track. Make a few more (if you want to) and I'll be happy to share my opinion on each.

Pretty good
Your songs are getting better, or at least the standard is. I won't base this criticism on what it is based on rather what I think of it. The rain adds nicely, which is a surprise because it normally isn't something I like. Around the 1 minute mark it got a little dull and then practically stopped around 1:30.
The actual upbeat is nice and chherful, reminds me of a ray of sunlight breaking through the clouds during the rain.
And nice touch with the piano at the end.
For me a 10/10 is a song that I could listen to 5 times in a row and not get bored. Sorry, but this isn't that amazing.
Hope to see some more great songs from you in the future and I hope you will finish that Pirates of the Carribean song.

Compared to your other works this has been a disappointment. Maybe you lack inspiration at the time. Well, I won't be an ass and tell you how bad it is, instead I kindly ask that you revert to your previous style.

Take my advice for the future, if you're going to make a loop, do not make an annoyingly long intro. If anything, a loop should have as much "awesomeness" as it can compacted into one minute or less.
Pffffft! In the big scheme of things, does it REALLY matter? I mean, this song has been on for ages and nobody else seems to give a crap about it being called a loop.
I come on Newgrounds to find nice music and occasionally play a game. I love to review though I tend to avoid writing bad reviews. No point in making the bad worse...
